Blackeye Roasting Company 
Blackeye Roasting has a small retail shop in the Powderhorn neighborhood. It's got a spare interior design without clutter or the typical coffee shop artwork display. They have a strong emphasis on the coffee and present a menu on the roasts and their flavors. The coffee is really good and interesting. The self-serve water dispenser offers still and sparkling. The place is like that. Usually quiet techno music meandering in the background. Not a lot of seats, and not terribly comfortable, but there'll be a table in the afternoon. They offer some bakery items but no food menu.
