Anelace Coffee 
The minimlist approach of the shop includes the décor and their approach to coffee. This shop is serious about the coffee with a short menu and not a lot of "frou frou" drinks. They highly feature pour-over preparation. They have pre-measured tins of coffee and grind the beans immediately before brewing. Three choices of beans is typical. Delicious! Perhaps softening to customer needs, they've added regular brewed coffee to their offerings. They have a small selection of very nice pastries. The shop isn't terribly busy and I've always gotten a table. There's parking in back but the door isn't marked. It's the tall door.
