Segue Coffee 
This is a nice shop tucked into the Elliot Park neighborhood. There are a fair number of tables for 2-4 people and would make a good place for a meeting not too far from downtown. It's also close to HCMC. The customers look to come from the nearby North Central University. The coffee offerings are the basic brewed coffee and espresso drinks. There's a kitchen for sandwiches and breakfast ites including waffles. In good weather, there are tables outside. Overall, a nice neighborhood shop.
